Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – StylePul

🔁 Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (not caused by us) may not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at support@stylepul.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  3. Securely pack the item and attach the label.

  4. Drop the package off at the nearest shipping location.

Processing Time:

  • Returns are usually processed within 3 business days after we receive the item.

  • If your item is not eligible for return, we will contact you with alternate options.

Return Shipping Fee:

  • StylePul covers all return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fees apply.

💡 Tip: Keep your packaging and invoice until you are sure you want to keep the item.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or variation? We make exchanging easy.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Item must be new and unused.

  • Exchanges are only for the same product type but different size or color.

Exchange Process:

  1. Email support@stylepul.com within 30 days.

  2. Specify the item and desired size or color.

  3. We’ll send a prepaid return shipping label.

  4. After receiving your return, we will ship the replacement.

Availability:

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

💵 Refunds

Amount Refunded:

  • Full refund of the product price.

  • If the entire order is returned, original shipping fees will also be refunded.

Refund Process:

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email you confirmation.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 4 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items worn, damaged, or altered (not caused by StylePul) may not be refunded.

Additional Notes:

  • Refunds may take a few days to appear on your bank or card statement depending on your financial institution.
